Halloween product information!

This year for Halloween we will be doing a monster theme with a simplistic style to most of our items. Here are this years products!

 

Vampire Kisses

 

 Flavored with red velvet this red lip balm will hydrate  and protect your lips from the cold. With our new formula it is twice as hydrating!

 

Zombie Love

 This dark green lip balm is flavored with Wintergreen mint. The name for this new lip balm was inspired by the color of it. It is made with our new formula just like vampire kisses.

Windigo Screams

  

 This is one of the three lip scrubs we will be releasing this year for Halloween. It is peanut butter flavor with no added color. The color you see is all from the flavoring that we used. This one like the rest has the added benefits of grape seed oil.

 

Ghouls Treat

 

 This lip scrub is a remake of last years Easter Bunny with a little less of a fudge taste and more just chocolate. Much like last year it is colored with real coco powder.

Banshee Whispers

 This lip scrub is flavored with caramel and has an orange color. This sweeter scrub could be just what you are looking for to bring the life back to your lips and fight off the drying winter winds.

 
Cerberus
 

This year we have decided to release a roller ball scent. This is a unisex scent for anyone who likes a more rustic smell. It is a house blend made with a combination of amber, vanilla, mint, and herbs to give it a more unique smell.

 

 

 

Home of the Aos Si

 

This years soap was based off the Irish/Scottish folk lore of the Aos Si. also known as people of the mounds. The color scheme for this soap was meant to look like the ground (Though the brown went more red) The scent for this soap is a combination of earthy notes with a hint of floral.

 

 

Gremlin
These bath bombs have extra skin loving oils to help fight off the dry skin of winter. It is scented with Indonesian Teakwood to give it that more earthy feel.
 

Amy collection

Our collection with the lovely Amy is finally here! All candles and lip balms will be made to order while the soaps and bath bombs are already made. The Soap is called Autumn walk and features small leaf and acorn embeds on the top.

 

 It is scented with autumn breeze and colored our normal cruelty free vegan colorants, and a hint of black glitter.









The bath bombs in this collection are in the same scent with more of a rusted brown color. Everything has a simple look to it for this collection so that the main focus is on the way they smell.

 

Our upcoming collaberation

We will be doing our first ever collaboration with our very own Amy. Amy has been a part of our business from the start. She has created labels and our new Facebook and instagram photos. She has helped with countless ideas for different products and we are so excited to be working with her on this new collaboration. He collection will hopefully be ready by September. The current ideas are to go with more earthy scents for the products and have glass pendants as well as some gems. Nothing is set in stone just yet so we will be keeping you all up to date over the coming weeks. We will post pictures as things get started and more information as soon as we finish the concept stage. Subscribe to our blog to get Email  about when we post.

Blood orange recreation

Our one year celebration event starts tomorrow Aug. 11th. To celebrate all orders will be half off and come with a personalized thank you as well as one free Item.

To help celebrate our first year of business we recreated our first ever soap in the scent blood orange. It will have a brighter red base then the original while also being less opaque. We also used our goats milk soap to create the purple curls for the inside of the soap. As shown in the picture below we went for a more pastel purple this time around to make it stand out more against the red. With a stronger scent profile this time we hope you all enjoy it just as much as the first time.

Part way through the making of the soap we decided to change the design and add a drop swirl of the pastel purple by adding the red slightly hotter then we normally do to melt some of the purple curls creating a unique swirl that will be different for each bar of soap.

  The final product as seen below turned out better than expected with the swirl staying on the top (On the bottom of each soap in the picture shown) We are very happy with the over all look of the soap. New product.

                   We are happy to say we have finished the new wax product for our one year anniversary. Here are a few pictures of our wax bark in the scent enchanted woods.  The scent is a blend we created using floral, wood, and herbal scents. Our wax bark is made up of different layers of wax in different shades of mossy green, green, brown, and a yellow green. We also added decretive blue and purple lines alone the product before adding in the "moon stones" that are made from sea glass.

 

           The "Moon stones" are on most of the pieces and come in clear, blue, and green. Some are larger then others and are all easily removed from the wax to use as decorations. There is black glitter sprinkled across the top so the stones may need to be washed.


         The wax was cut by hand after fully solidifying to give it a fractured look so no piece is the same. these are limited to just ten bags each bag containing around one and ounce of wax without the stones. They will be one sale on August 11th during our one year event.

        We will also be placing a few of our small wax melts in each bag.

Contest

Product news

We have just finished the concept proses of  our new product. The Scent option has been put to vote on our Facebook page. The basic design will be dependent on the scent that wins the vote. The basic idea of it will be that it's a large sheet of wax in different colors all marbled in some way together that will then be cut apart. It was inspired by the Christmas candy bark that comes out each year.

If you would like to take part in the vote go to our Facebook page. The vote ends on Wednesday. If you would like to suggest Ideas for the colors to be used you can do so in our Idea Zone.
